Changing boot from Spark to E2

Hello I have a Golden Media Spark reloaded box.It has Enigma 2 pkt haarp image sh4 duckbox project, a friend installed this for me. OK my problem is have no Spark, so I have tried installing spark rescue image, following these instructions. insert usb stick with rescue image switch on box holding OK button until you see force, then press [>]+ = OK, all that happens is 7=70 flashing slowly on the box????? I honestly do not have any idea how to do this, but would appreciate someone to help me please, Here or Email? First attachment is the remote that came with the box, I have tried installing rescue image several times but no success! As I have said have no idea, not very good tech wise!

to HDF!

Your Box has bultin Dual-boot!
This means, you have installed spark and enigma at the same time.

You can easily switch between this 2 Images with following instructions:

Q: How can i change the Bootloader from Enigma back to Spark?
A:
1) switch off your Box
2) press and hold button OK for a few seconds while you switch on the box > till you see FORC in the display
3) Release OK and press now button P+ > SPAR should appear in Display
4) Now confirm with OK > Box boot now always in spark mode

Switching to Enigma is same way, just press P- at point 3)

Meine Box startet nur noch in Enigma 2 das starten zu Spark oder wechseln klappt nicht... auch mit den Tasten drücken nicht...

Gibt es ein PlugIn oder so wo man einfach von E2 nach Spark wechseln kann und umgedreht... ?

Plugin gibt es nicht.

Wo haperts denn genau?
Wie lange hältst du die OK-Taste gedrückt beim Einschalten?
Dauert ca. 5 Sekunden bis zur Reaktion.

Er macht Boot -> Load -> Run -> E2 ist gestartet.

Komme nicht in das Menü wo Ich auf Spark umschalten könnte... Was kann Ich da machen, ein anderes E2 Image nehmen ? Bekomme Ich das da jetzt so drauf ???

Habe es nach dieser Anleitung gemacht: Frontpanel: Tastenfunktionen

[OK] gedrückt halten bis Anzeige [FORC] + [^] + [OK]

Aber es geht nicht einmal lange gedrückt und einmal kurz schnell hintereinander...

mit anderer hand einschalten
weiter ok halten bis im display For steht

nun P+ spar steht im Display
nun ok

hier kannst du bequem per Fernbedienung zu spark wechseln

OK thank you Googgi, did exactly as you said, when I press p+ {fact} appears and when I press OK =7-70 and 70 blinks on and off?

you are pressing the wrong button!

fact only appears if you press V+ (button right)

get sure to press P+ (button up)

Danke hat geklappt, aber sit ja schon echt umständlich, Ich hoffe das in Zukunft E2 Images rauskommen wo man auch direkt so umschalten kann wie bei Neutrino... :danke:

Bei funktionierender OK-Taste ist das eine Sache von 5 Sekunden.

Du bist ja der erste mit defekter OK-Taste

OK did exactly what you said to do this time! and got up spark, pressed OK it started flashing numbers then success then boot, but it will not boot? I was pressing wrong button sorry, in the kingston usb drive is enigma2, and HP USB drive is the spark rescue image. Tried loading the image file with the same procedure, but alas nothing, will not boot????????? and again thank you Googgi.

please read: Rettungs-Image für Golden Media Spark Reloaded

folder "spark" is missing.
This is necessary, otherwise the rescue-Image in it will not be recognized.

Hello Googgi thank you for having patience, could you please give me the rescue image file, for Golden Media Spark Reloaded. And if I am right, this is the procedure I follow, unzip the file, copy and paste to pen drive, insert into box, :danke:

hold down OK button, switch on box, when I see force press p+ then OK and then it should flash image?

i gave ythe right link direct before, download the file and follow the instructions carefully!
